Format: Blu-ray Blu-ray Players & Recorders Editorial Review
Arrow Video Madhouse [Blu-ray + DVD] presents a captivating yet chilling journey through horror, helmed by director Ovidio G. Assonitis. The film revolves around a deaf school teacher, Julia, whose life spirals into chaos as her deformed twin sister escapes from an asylum, leading to a series of brutal murders. The movie is well-crafted, with a decent storyline and engaging performances, particularly from Trish Everly. Although some may find the pacing towards the beginning a bit slow, the atmosphere builds suspense effectively before the thrilling reveal. With quality visuals, this edition is a must-have for collectors of classic horror, despite minor audio issues reported in the DVD version.
