Alesis VORTEXWIRELESS2 Editorial Review
Alesis Vortex Wireless 2 USB MIDI Wireless Keytar Controller offers a fantastic blend of portability and functionality, featuring 37 velocity-sensitive keys along with 8 RGB drum pads, a pitch wheel, and an integrated accelerometer for expressive performance. While users appreciate its versatility, connecting it to Synth/DAW can be tricky for beginners, though there are ample resources available, such as YouTube tutorials to assist. The recent firmware upgrade improved performance significantly, allowing for reliable use in live settings. However, Mac compatibility remains a concern, as the setup software is currently incompatible with the latest operating systems.
