Blu-ray Editorial Review
Arrow Video [Rec] [Blu-ray] is a standout in the found footage genre, capturing a harrowing viral outbreak in a Barcelona apartment building. Following a television crew on a seemingly routine night with the fire brigade, the film escalates into sheer terror as the infected residents wreak havoc. Expertly crafted, the film holds tension throughout, with compelling characters and an immersive POV that truly engages the audience. This Blu-ray edition boasts stunning HD visuals and an array of extras including two versions of the film, audio commentaries, behind-the-scenes footage, and a featurette on shooting horror movies, making it an essential addition for horror enthusiasts.
