Cooking surface is a generous eight inches wide x four-inch and fits most artisan style breads. Features 16-inch chrome-plated steel rods and wood handle construction. Rods unscrew from casting for easy storage and cleanup. Overall length with handles is 22 inches. To use, simply place your sandwich inside the open cavity of the cooker, close the lid and place on a BBQ grill or stovetop burner.
