The Meccano-Erector Multimodels, Rescue Squad 3 Model Set has received mixed reviews from customers. While some appreciate the product for being perfect for an engineering-minded 6-year-old and one reviewer mentioned that their grandkids love it, others found it difficult to assemble because of the very small pieces, and described it as poor quality. Some particles are too tiny, even a child's fingers don't fit to reach some points to put the nuts and bolts in their places. It ended up with parents having to make them for their children and eventually developed a headache. One reviewer bought it for their 12 y/o son but found the process difficult with small tools and parts. Overall, the product seems like it can be a fun educational and engaging toy for kids interested in engineering, but parents and grandparents may have a difficult time assembling this kit for their young children.
