Детаљи о производу
- PerfectPrimer Encapsulant safely seals asbestos mastics, black tile glue, VAT, and VCT tiles without grinding or removal. This EPA-compliant coating prepares floors for nearly any new application, including epoxy, tile, or decorative cement. It safely seals and primes difficult and hazardous substances such as asbestos mastic, black mastics, cutback glue, failed soy gels, and lead paint, without disturbing them. PerfectPrimer eliminates the need for abatement or removal of mastics by grinding, sanding, or using expensive, messy, and hazardous treatments such as soy gels, mastic removers, and glue strippers. How to Use PerfectPrimer Mix Perfect Cleaner, TSP, or dish soap into warm water. Mop the surface and rinse with clean water. Apply an even layer of PerfectPrimer using a 3/8†nap roller. Avoid puddling. Allow the first coat to dry for 12–24 hours before applying a second coat. After 72 hours, apply your choice of latex paint, levelling cement, epoxy, tile, or adhesive. Each gallon of PerfectPrimer covers up to 200 square feet with the required two-coat application. Why Choose PerfectPrimer? For over 25 years, PerfectPrimer has been a trusted, proven solution for surface preparation. It is safe, easy to use, and cost-effective. Using PerfectPrimer is also eco-friendly, as it contains non-toxic chemicals and helps protect the environment by keeping toxic mastics and soy gels out of landfills. Whether you’re a professional contractor or a DIY homeowner, PerfectPrimer simplifies surface preparation, offering peace of mind and professional-grade results every time.
