The Extech EN300 Environmental Meter is a versatile tool that can measure wind speed, air flow, sound levels, and light levels. It does not come with NIST certification and the 9V battery replacement requires a 3V #2032 battery. The device is compatible with the 407001 software and 407022 for sound level calibration. According to customer reviews, the accuracy of the anemometer is poor, and the MIN/MAX function causes the other buttons to stop working. However, once the device is figured out, it is useful for offshore purposes. It is also a heavy-duty product that is accurate and handy for energy savings calculations.
