It comes with a rope and snap clip, and users have to supply their own loading pin and weights. The product is made of durable plastic material and has a good texture to work out with. Users are advised to start with light weights and high repetitions to avoid overtraining and injury. Most customers were satisfied with the product and found it to be effective in their training. However, some customers did not like the plastic material and found it to be slippery, while one customer experienced a hand injury while using it. The product is priced at $46.
